Delivery time

You will receive your order at your home through transport companies, between 2 and 7 business days (Orders outside the peninsula take 3 to 14 business days) from receipt of our purchase confirmation email. In the event that there is a stock out due to any incident, our customer service department will inform you of the delay, giving you the possibility of changing the order or canceling it with a full refund of the price paid.

There are products that, because they are not in stock, already indicate in the descriptive text what their specific delivery time is.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the peninsula for all orders over €59.95 will be free. If the order amount is less than that amount, there will be a charge of €4.95 for shipping transportation costs.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, any order less than €59.95 will have a charge of €8.95 for transport costs. For orders over €59.95, the amount of €4.95 will be subtracted as a shipping discount, leaving the actual shipping cost once the discount has been subtracted at €4 for orders over €59.95.

Shipments to European countries that are part of the European Union of any order less than €59.95 will have a transport charge of €17.95. Orders with an amount greater than that mentioned will have this charge, but at the same time a shipping discount of €4.95, so the actual shipping cost to pay is €13.

Store Pickup

If you wish, you can place your order in our online store and pick it up at any of our physical stores in the province of Barcelona for your convenience. You just have to choose this option before making the payment for your order and contact our email pedidos@sanchezhipertextil.com at the time of placing your order and we will indicate the date from which you can pick it up.
